Hamburgers and hot dogs? Pasta Salad? We threw a Mardi Gras party here a couple of years ago, but we served red beans & rice, jambalaya and beignets! And, of course, a King Cake delivered from NOLA as well. It looks like your party was a big success. Happy belated Mardi Gras!
