HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Our New Years Eve was filled with FUN and FRIENDS!

It started out at around 5:30pm when we arrived at Carrabas to wait for a table for the 20 people in our party. Luckily we called in a few hours before to let them know that we were a huge party coming because the wait was about 80 to 90 mins... We were seated around 6ish still awaiting a few late arrivals (who actually went somewhere else because we didn't have quite enough seats)... We had a good time talking and eating...

Some of us then headed over to Red Rock Lanes where we bowled a game, Kate was loving the lights and having a great time! It was our first time at the Red Rock Bowling Alley and let me just say that i will probably not go to another bowling alley in Vegas besides it! It open some months back so everything is brand new, the staff is very friendly, they have big screen TV's over each and every lane, they even have VIP lanes in private rooms! This is definitely LUXURY BOWLING! (and highly recommended if you live here or are visiting and looking for a fun activity)

After bowling, we all headed over to our house for a little party before the stroke of MIDNIGHT! We had food, games, friends and a ton of fun!!! We tried to play the name game but it didn't go off so well, then we played catch phrase which was a BIG HIT! Some of the boys also ended up squeezing in a little PS3 Call of Duty right before we headed up to the mountain behind our house to watch the fire works on the strip. Kate was sleeping at this point, so i stayed behind to make sure the babies were ok. I did however watch the firework show on TV with Natalie, and they were great! After that, all came back to the house... All of Daniel's high school friends were back together again and they and their wives stayed 'til about 2 am while we all reminisced and "outrageously toasted" to the past, present, and future... It was a great OT, definitely one that will be remembered!
