Mornings at The Dye's...

Daniel and I are greeted every morning with a bright smile from this little one. Breakfast is always on the agenda and I usually give K* fruit and juice, but lately, all she wants is milk in her "ba ba". I guess i can't complain, it does build strong bones!
By this point Daniel is starting to get ready for work and K* totally senses it, so she doesn't let him leave her sight. While he is showering, K* is sipping her milk right outside the door, there's no sneaking past this one!

Now that dad is out of the shower and dressed and K* has finished her "ba ba," brushing teeth is the next step... Right when daniel gets out his tooth brush, Kate starts begging for hers... She LOVES brushing her teeth!

Then comes the shoes... When daddy gets his shoes on that means for sure he's leaving now... Kate starts to get a little whiny and only wants to be held by her dad! I usually have to pry her away from him in the mornings. Luckily we've been teaching her how to say "cheese" for the camera and that distracted her for a few seconds...

But not for long... Back into daddy's arms she goes... She always gives him the "sad" face before he goes, hoping she can convince him to stay home for the day... I sure do LOVE these two!
