New Toy.

Vegas summers proves to be pretty hot, today's high were in the upper 90's, so we brought out the pool and set it up right under kate's new slide. We picked up this fun set yesterday from a craigslist ad , and got it for a steal! This morning showed it to kate, she looked out the window and screamed with excitement and yelled "a slide!" She immediately went outside and we spend the majority of the day out side playing with her new toy. Can you tell she just loves it?!










I'm sure we will be doing ALOT of this, this sumer.

The past few days have been very busy...
Thursday: temple,
Friday: Brittany + Jordan's Wedding Dinner,
Saturday: Brittany + Jordan's wedding,
Sunday: Mother's Day
(which was great! no pics... but happy mother's day to all... especially my mom + mother-in-law!),
Monday: Cami's Bridal Shower.
Today: photo shoot + i'm getting my hair done
tomorrow: take a break, rest!

However... i did manage to make these for cami's birthday,
they've become very popular by this inspirational woman and blog.
Making some for my little family next... can't wait... LOVE THEM!

Nails.

This girl loves every second when i paint her nails... and then she likes to show them off.

Cinco de Mayo.

It's only fitting this post be in Spanish...

El Cinco de Mayo fue tan divertido. Nuestros amigos, Los Fuentes, hicieron una fiesta muy buena. Habia comida mexicana, los amigos y una piñata. A los niños también les gusto mucho las fiesta y exclamaron: "este es el mejor fiesta que hay". Gracias a Los Fuentes por haber hecho una buen fiesta ... No podemos esperar hasta el próximo año!

Daniel's Birthday...

We celebrated a little more this past weekend with the gift i gave daniel... A 2 night stay a Caesar's Palace and tickets to Le Reve. We had such a great time relaxing, watching movies, lounging by the pool and eating at some fantastic restaurants, we really felt like we were out of town even though we were 15 mins away. Kate stayed overnight at mimi and papa's and had a blast.. THANKS SO MUCH!

We met up wit hour friends, adam and michelle, to see Le Reve and it was awesome, of course!

Time.

She's napping and i'm almost done cleaning my house... Lately i've felt like i have no time to blog... so i post something little here or there hoping it was calm the crowds that are chanting for me to "put something new up." Well.. right now i feel like i have a little more time than normal... or maybe i should say, i'm making time, right now, to blog...
So, here's to something new...

This little girl is one of the greatest joys of my life. She is constantly making me smile and laugh and lately loves to cuddle while watching a handful of favorite tivo-ed shows (dora, clifford + curious george). Her blue eyes and softly (and sometimes loudly) spoken "i love you's" melt my heart. I am so grateful to be a mother. Her mother. And soon a mother of 2. Can you believe it, TWO! Two sweet, beautiful, loving, caring, cute little girls. I am so excited! More dresses, bows, fluffs and frills, tutus, pettiskirts, pink, shoes, makeup... i just can't wait!


Speaking of shoes... this little girl has been obsessed with her new jellies. She has clear one and pink ones and never wants to take them off, unless she's switching colors. Her foot is growing like crazy, so i should buy more in the next size up... no lie, the feet in the picture below are wearing a size 8...
